Since 1998 the Jobs Area is involved in the Administrative Management of Personnel, with a multi annual experience in the labor sector.

In cooperation with other areas of Studio BRC Associati, the Jobs Area offers the following services:

 

• Definition of employment relationships and management of accounting, economic, juridical, insurance and social security issues;
• Assistance and representation of companies in out-of-court disputes (conciliations and arbitrations) deriving from self-employment or employment relationships;
• Assistance and representation in litigations with social security/insurance institutes, and work inspectorates.
