Enrolled in the Register of Lawyers of Udine since 1995 and licensed to advocacy at the Court of Cassation and the other higher courts

Since the beginning of her career she has been dealing with civil right issues, mainly devoting her professional activity to job issues, civil responsibility and insolvency procedures.

She has been reference lawyer in the labour law sector for UILM and UILTuCS (Udine) and is now giving consultancy, extra-judicial assistance and defence in judicial controversies to companies and cooperatives on issues concerning the establishment, management and cessation of employment relations, including the management of relations with trade-unions in the procedures of resolution of company’s crisis.
She is legal trustee of an important insurance group for which she manages the judicial disputes in civil, contractual and extra-contractual responsibility, included public bodies, and in the sectors of health care, road circulation and corporate activities, with specific reference to accidents and procurements.
She is member of AGI – Association of Italian Labor Law Experts

She was lecturer at the Master in Labour Law and Social Insurance at Trieste University, Dept. of Juridical Sciences, and for the Degree Course in Law at Udine University, Dept. of Juridical Sciences.

Author of some case notes on “Il Lavoro nella giurisprudenza” magazine.
